Kwara United Appoints New Coaches

Tunde Sanni
The management of Kwara United has appointed the quartet of Tunde Abdulrahman, Tunde Sanni, Jimoh Balogun and Kareem Elemosho as their new coaches for the upcoming league season.

Tunde Sanni is reportedly the head coach of the team.

This follows a recommendation by some top brass in Ilorin and the subsequent acceptance of the job offer by the coaches.

Their main objective is to mould a good team for the 2014/15 Nigeria Professional Football League season and possibly qualify the side for either the CAF Champions League or CAF Confederation Cup.

Afonja Warriors have strengthened their technical team ahead of the start of the next Premier League season with the appointment of the tacticians.

Despite promoting the team back to the elite league, Samson Unuanel was relieved of his duties and was told to re apply for the job.

However, he failed to heed the call and preferred to move ahead with his coaching career.

On Tuesday 27th January; Tunde Sanni, Tunde Abdulrahman, Abdullahi Biffo, Ali Zubaru, Jimoh Balogun and Kareem Elemosho were all spotted at the Kwara State sports ministry trying to convince the top hierarchy of the club on their eligibility for the job.
